REI Software and Website Benefit FAQ

1) Can I really get both the software and my own customized REI website for free with my paid membership to REIA NYC?

 YES! All REIA NYC members get it free with their membership!

2) Are there any additional hidden costs?

 There are no additional costs to get or use your copy of The 360° Real Estate Investor Software.

There will also be no cost to create and customize your own REI website! Of course all websites do need to be hosted, so there will be a $9.95 per month hosting fee to use the website…or you can pay for a year at a time and take 20% off!!!

3) If I’m not a member of REIA NYC, what is the normal retail price of The 360° Real Estate Investor Software and website builder?

 Non-REIA NYC Members – $2500 for The 360° Real Estate Investor Software and $399 for the website creation and customization and $19.95 per month hosting fee

4) How can I get both products immediately?

 All you’ll need to do is either join for the first time, or simply renew your membership immediately!

5) What if my paid membership is not yet up, and I don’t want to wait until my normal renewal date to receive these products?

 If you are currently a person who’s membership is not yet expiring, and you do not want to wait until it does to get your own copy of The 360° Real Estate Investor Software System and customized websites, you have the option to immediately pay REIA NYC $50 plus a $1.80 processing fee for a total of $51.80 to get both products right away.

6) How many licenses of The 360° Real Estate Investor can I get with my paid membership?

 Please note that each membership entitles you to one system and website. If you have other computers or individuals that will need a copy of the software, you will need to purchase additional licenses at the cost of $199, (or merely add on another REIA NYC membership).

7) Does my membership include training and support?

Yes, your membership will include training and support:

 Each week there are free training sessions via webinar that you may attend.

There is a “HELP” feature that’s built right into the system (along the top of the page). Just click on that, and a separate “HELP” icon will pop up. Once you click on the second “HELP” icon, you will see a series of training videos. Each record contains a link to a training video for the record you are currently working on. You may view a tutorial on the entire software, or you may find it easier to view and learn about one section at a time.

At each module, you will see a small blue hyperlink with the word “HELP”. If you aren’t sure what to do at the record you are at, click this and it will launch the training video for the exact record you are on.

Who do I contact if I have an installation or user question/problem?

 For installation, initial training, and trouble shooting, you may contact Dave or Bob at support@360investing.net, and they will answer your question, or set up an appointment within 24 hours.
