Teresa R. Martin: Principal of Law Offices of Teresa R Martin, P.C. and Qualified Field Trainer for United Credit Education Services, concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, foreclosure defense and credit restoration services.

Teresa is a licensed real estate broker, real estate & wealth coach and seasoned investor with a focus on creative real estate investing (including lease options, land contracts and land trusts) in Western New York and Michigan.  She also coaches new investors in the areas of creative real estate investing and wealth building strategies in her unique time-tested live 12-month Generational Wealth Coaching Program.

Sharon Clarke: Sharon is a former head Box Office Treasurer for Jazz at Lincoln Center. She is the owner of several successful real estate businesses with investment portfolios in the New York Tri-State and the Midwest markets specializing in tax liens and tax deeds.

Natasha Vaughan: Brings her background is in managing marketing, product development, sales, and operational initiatives. Her investment markets include the New York Tri-State and Pennsylvania focusing on wholesaling, short sales and lease options.

In addition, she led the management and oversaw an array of media vehicles such as: print (newspapers, magazines & FSIs), broadcasting (radio & television), online (intranet site development, website & drive-to-web applications) and on-boarding communications.

Her involvement  in community affiliations include:  INROADS / NYC, Habitat for Humanity, Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day, OPERATION HOPE (Banking on Our Future Volunteer) at PS 111Q, Teach Children to Save,  Academy of Finance and Enterprise.

Daniella Fairbairn: Daniella is an Executive Assistant at a long-standing nonprofit and specializes in wholesale properties in the Detroit and Ohio markets. As a beneficiary of nonprofit programs, her passion for community service is rooted in her unremitting drive for excellence. Accordingly, Humble Abode Properties LLC draws Daniella one step closer in realizing her life-long goal of “making strides in every market”.

Stephanie Morris: Stephanie is a member of Bwize Solutions whose primary goal is to help home owners with a quick and easy sale of their home, by providing a guaranteed cash sale.  She focuses her investments in the market areas of Charlotte, Concord & Kannapolis North Carolina.

 Paul Bodley: Co-Founder/P&P Realty Developments, LLC (www.pprealtydev.com), a family owned company headquartered in Westchester County, New York. The company has grown to include a single-family property portfolio in Central and Western New York, with plans to expand into South Carolina, Indiana, Kansas and Pittsburgh, PA.

Paul worked in the publishing industry for over 25 years and has studied various real estate techniques under the direction of a variety of industry leaders, including but not limited to, Robert Allen, Dave Lindahl (Commercial Real Estate and multi-families), Jeff Adams (REO and Foreclosures), Than Merrill of Fortune Builders (Rehab), Cameron Dunlap and Preston Ely (Wholesaling), and many more.

Angela Aggison: With more than 10 years of experience in finance, Angela is currently the branch manager of a local community bank.  She specializes in wholesale properties in the Detroit, MI metro area.

 Peta-Gaye Jamieson: Is the sole owner of The EZRA Group, which owns domestic and international properties. The company’s investment focus is lease option in the Virginia and Michigan markets. Peta-Gaye  is also a Parents’ and Children’s Rights Ombudsman at Administration for Children’s Services and a Qualified Field Trainer and Sales Director for United Credit Education Services.

William Moore: Co-Founder/Netwealth Partners, LLC (www.netwealthpartners.com), is a company dedicated to providing financial protection services and solutions to consumers with less than perfect credit and debt problems who wish to invest in real estate and/or the stock market to leverage wealth.

William is a leading marketer in the free enterprise system whose passion is working from home and helping others. He has a combined expertise represents over 12 years experience is helping consumers improve their credit and lower their debt.

 Heather Robinson: Heather is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with Bachelors of Science degrees in both Finance and Management Information Systems. She uses her knowledge and skills as a corporate financial planning analyst to follow and teach her passion of stock and real estate investing.

As a stock investor, she is president and co-founder of Heavenly Blessings Investments, LLC (HBI); an investment club started with the mission to promote financial education and build generational wealth. And as a real estate investor, she uses investment gains made from stock investing to partake in various investment strategies such as buy & hold, tax liens, and foreclosed single families & condos.
