REIA NYC (Real Estate Investors Alliance – Now. You. Can.) is a learning and implementation community for everyday people who want to build wealth through real estate, financial education, and collaborative investing. We host virtual and in-person events, masterclasses, and community programs that help renters, homeowners, entrepreneurs, and real estate professionals move from information to implementation.

The Role – Growth Partner Assistant

As the Growth Partner Assistant, you’ll help expand the REIA NYC community by supporting:
  • Online event promotion (virtual masterclasses, networking sessions, and educational workshops)
  • Basic social media support (posting provided content, light engagement, and DM follow-ups)
  • Outreach to warm leads, past event attendees, and referral partners (no cold “hard selling”)
  • Simple admin tasks: tracking interest, updating contact details, and tagging leads in our system
  • Helping prospects take the next step into the right REIA NYC path (event, membership, or consult)
This is a virtual, flexible role where you’ll work directly with a seasoned real estate attorney, investor, and educator and see the behind-the-scenes of a real estate and financial-education ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate

This role is a fit for someone who:
  • Enjoys connecting with people online and via email/DM
  • Is organized, reliable, and able to follow simple systems
  • Learns quickly and is comfortable with checklists and light tech (Zoom, email, simple CRMs)
  • Is interested in entrepreneurship, financial education, and/or real estate
  • Is okay with performance-based compensation and wants to grow skills, not just clock hours
Students, virtual assistants, early-career professionals, and career-changers who want to learn how real estate and financial education businesses work behind the scenes are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

This is a performance-based role with commission per successful enrollment or community conversion (for example, when someone you helped nurture becomes a paid member, purchases a qualifying program, or books a qualifying strategy call that converts). There is no base salary at this time. As results grow, there is potential to increase your earnings and responsibilities.

Time Commitment

  • Approx. 8–15 hours per week
  • Virtual/remote
  • Flexible schedule with some agreed-upon “live” times for meetings and event support
