Workshop's Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy

Cancellation, Credit & Transfer Policy

All registrations are final and non-refundable. Because this is a live, in-person implementation workshop with limited seating, REIA NYC does not offer refunds for participant cancellations, missed attendance, schedule conflicts, late arrivals, failure to bring a laptop, or inability to attend in person.

Option 1 — Credit Toward a Future REIA NYC Event

You may request a credit toward a future eligible REIA NYC event if REIA NYC receives written notice at least 3 days before the workshop begins. Credits are subject to event availability, eligibility, and approval by REIA NYC. Credits have no cash value.

Option 2 — Transfer Your Ticket

You may transfer your ticket to another qualified attendee if REIA NYC receives written notice at least 3 days before the workshop begins. The substitute attendee must agree to all event terms, attend in person, and bring a laptop. REIA NYC reserves the right to approve or deny transfers.

Requests Within 3 Days

Credit and transfer requests received less than 3 days before the workshop begins may not be eligible.

No Virtual Substitution

There is no virtual attendance option. Failure to attend in person does not create a right to a refund, credit, transfer, recording, or alternate delivery.

How to Request

Email support@reianyc.org with your full name, registration email, workshop name and date, and whether you are requesting a credit or transfer (including proposed substitute’s name and email if applicable).

Workshop Cancellation by REIA NYC

If REIA NYC cancels the workshop and does not reschedule, registered participants will receive a refund or credit option as determined by REIA NYC.

Photography & Video Notice

By attending this REIA NYC event, you grant REIA NYC and Generational Wealth Zone LLC permission to capture and use photography, video, audio, and likeness from the event for educational, promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.

Acknowledgments

I understand this is a 100% live, in-person workshop and there is no virtual attendance option, Zoom room, livestream, or remote participation.

I understand that I must bring a laptop to participate in the hands-on research, website navigation, auction review, and implementation exercises. Mobile phones and tablets are not sufficient.

I understand this workshop is for educational and informational purposes only and does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. I am responsible for conducting my own due diligence and consulting qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

I understand that REIA NYC does not guarantee investment results, returns, profits, deals, property acquisition, investment readiness, or participation in any investment opportunity.

I understand that member pricing is available only to active REIA NYC Core and Elite Members, and REIA NYC may verify my membership status before confirming member-level workshop access.

I have read and agree to the workshop attendance requirements, laptop requirement, no-refund policy, credit and transfer policy, educational disclaimer, results disclaimer, photography/video notice, and REIA NYC Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

I understand that photography and video may be captured during the workshop and used by REIA NYC and Generational Wealth Zone LLC.
